新投资移民Investor 2 Category Expression of Interest申请首次选取

　　2009年8月12日星期三，新投资移民Investor 2 Category Expression of Interest 申请完成了首次选取，在此次选取中共有5个申请被选中，这标志着新投资移民政策全面启动。

　　近期，我们接到大量咨询新投资移民及创业移民政策的电话，更有部分申请人已经开始文件的准备及IELTS考试，相信很快就会有中国申请人被选出。

　　办事就要抓紧，尤其是150万纽币的Investor 2 Category 每年只有300个名额，英国、美国、东欧、香港……都有大量潜在的申请人，如果我们不赶快动手，机会是稍纵即逝。

　　在新政策公布以后，我们做了大量的工作：　　

　　对于资金来源证明方法，我们发现移民局的要求与旧政策是一致的，申请人需要提供现金、股票、产权、法人证明，财务报表、验资报告、会计审计等等文件。

　　在资金转移方面，结合我们过往的经验，对于部分申请人还是有合理的方法来完成银行转帐。当然我们也就相关的问题向现任移民部长直接进行了反映。我们将及时向大家呈报他们的反馈。

　　资金进入NZ后，要转化为移民局认可的“可接受投资”（Acceptable Investments）。在这方面我们首先向移民局确认了“可接受投资”的定义、种类、及移民据指定的操作程序，然后我们组织相关银行、投资公司等方面的专业人士为潜在投资人制定未来可行的投资类型、使得我们公司的商业移民客户在满足移民局所有要求的同时还可从自己的投资中获取更大利益并且保证投资的安全。

　　以下我们列出移民局认可的“可接受投资”的种类供大家参考，如有任何具体问题请直接联系我们:

　　1.is in either one or more of the following:
　　　o bonds issued by the New Zealand government or local authorities, or
　　　o bonds issued by New Zealand firms traded on the New Zealand Debt Securities Market (NZDX), or
　　　o bonds issued by New Zealand firms with at least a BBB- or equivalent rating from internationally recognised credit rating agencies (for example, Standard and Poor’s), or
　　　o equity in New Zealand firms (public or private), including managed funds and:

　　2.is capable of a commercial return under normal circumstances and has the potential to contribute to New Zealand's economy, and

　　3.is invested in New Zealand in New Zealand currency, and

　　4.has the potential to contribute to New Zealand’s economy, and 

　　5.is invested in lawful enterprises or managed funds that comply with all relevant laws in force in New Zealand, and

　　6.is not for the personal use of the applicant(s), and

is not (directly or indirectly) invested in residential property development or deposit taking financial institutions (e.g. banks or finance companies).
